An eggless pancake recipe which sure you'll share my love for it <3
1 cup all purpose flour
1 1/4 cups milk
3 tbs sugar
2 tbs oil/or butter
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp cardamom powder (optional)
1 full tsp baking powder
- In a separate bowl, mix dry ingredients alone
- add wet ingredients, and mix till just combined
- warm your pan, add your batter and let it cook for few minutes, keep checking it
- turn it and cook for less than a minute
- serve
